Electro stalwart DMX Krew's Dj set in front of a capacity Attic crowd in February proved such a success he's been asked to come back.

But this time the promoters of the Sequence night have gone one better by booking DMX Krew (aka Edward Upton) to play a full live set followed by a Dj set straight afterwards.

DMX Krew has released five albums so far for Rephlex Records as well as a host of singles on other limelight-hogging labels including Ghostly International, International Deejay Gigolo and Ersatz Audio.

Most recently, DMX released the mini-LP Collapse Of The Wave Function in July, a concept mini-album based on the theme of quantum physics.

Fortunately, even on this record he manages to steer clear of headache-inducing electronica and most of the tracks he's released - the single 17 Ways To Break My Heart and the reworking of Kraftwerk's Showroom Dummies in particular - are Richard X-style electro-pop.

Sequence was established late last year by resident DJs†from the late, lamented Music Is Better night and specialises in electro that doesnít stray into flashy electroclash or noodly electronica territories.
