John Berry (The Orbit)

To the techno afficionado, John needs no introductions. He was the original resident Dj at the ill-fated but legendary club, The Orbit, a club that will go down in history for being one the best techno clubs in the world. He has shared the turntables with some of the most famous names in the techno scene - no need to list em because, you name it, he's played with em.

He also finds time to run one of Manchester's finest record shops, the mighty Eastern Bloc... so if you need a fix of 'proper bangin' techno (or even killer dancefloor electro), look out for big John as he's the one to ask!
